Denise Cusack is a clinical herbalist, certified aromatherapist, and a certified permaculture designer. Denise has a passion for sustainability, community building, plant conservation, mutual aid, seed saving, and collaborative environments.
Denise has volunteered with Herbalists Without Borders (HWB) since 2017, integrating herbalism, community service, mutual aid, into community outreach, free clinics, community education and empowerment, and serving the underserved.
She has volunteered for HWB Free Clinics and the HWB Veterans Resiliency Holistic Clinic. She also serves as the US Donation Distribution Network Coordinator, where she makes hundreds of aromatherapy and herbal products every month from donated supplies to ship out to free clinics and for disaster relief.
Denise is a passionate educator, writer, herbalist & aromatherapist, bringing permaculture principles, environmentalism, & ethical ecology to herbalism, aromatherapy, and regenerative health and wellness topics.
Denise grows hundreds of varieties of medicinal herbs & at-risk medicinals at Wholly Rooted Herb Farm (a United Plant Savers Botanical Sanctuary), in South Central Wisconsin, USA.
