Sanien believes that people should be empowered to take responsibility for their own health. Her approach is to look at each person individually and with sensitivity to their specific needs, thus offering patients an integrative approach to health and wellness. Addressing a person’s uniqueness is an area Sanien is strongly passionate about. Just as a plant has many aspects to it, so does a human and it is a privilege to use plants in different and holistic ways.
Through scientific research, she supports her knowledge and interest in traditional and sustainable plant uses and is enthusiastic about the healing potential of medicinal plants.
